Retail Customers:

All orders are processed and shipped from Texas and will usually ship within 1 – 5 business days.
All orders, no matter how small, include tracking information which will automatically be emailed once the order is updated. On average, domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days from the shipping date depending on your location and what shipping method you chose during checkout.
If you need your order processed faster, you must contact us immediately and get confirmation. Any orders placed after 12:00pm will not ship same day even if shipping method is UPS.

Wholesale Customers:

Wholesale orders typically ship within 1 – 3 weeks from when the order has been confirmed.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping based on the weight of your items and the shipping options you choose.
